Summer Internship - HemoShear Therapeutics LLC

HemoShear is hiring full-time paid summer interns with potential for future employment. We offer access to senior leaders, opportunities for lab experience and learning in an entrepreneurial environment in a small company atmosphere. The Laboratory Intern will be responsible for supporting the activities of the lab. These responsibilities include assisting in tissue culture, device experimentation, and end-point assays. The Laboratory Intern will work closely with other members of the lab team to ensure prompt, successful execution of research projects for HemoShear Therapeutics’ development.

Office of Science and Engineering Laboratories at the FDA

The Office of Science and Engineering Laboratories (OSEL) at the FDA has 4 main technical divisions: Applied Mechanics (DAM), Biomedical Physics (DBP), Biology Chemistry and Materials Science (DBCMS), and Imaging Diagnostics and Software Reliability (DIDSR). Summer internships focus to develop new lifesaving medical devices. The annual deadline is in mid January, through Mason Bioengineering.

Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship - NIST

The Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) is designed to inspire undergraduate students to pursue careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) through a unique research experience that supports the NIST mission.

Applications will close when they have received 350 applications.
